《食品添加剂》与《食品工艺学》两课程进行结合教学的探讨
Discussion on the Combined Teaching of the Two Courses of Food Additive and Food Technology
【摘要】 探讨了在食品专业中将《食品添加剂》与《食品工艺学》两课程进行教学改革,合并为《食品工艺学与食品添加剂》一门课程进行教学的可行性与优势,以满足高校人才培养模式改革的需要。
【Abstract】 The feasibility and advantage of the course ’Food Additives’ and ’Food Technology’ combined with ’Food Technology’ and ’Food Additive’were discussed,to meet the need of person training mode innovation in university.
