两种金属掺杂方法下TiO2光催化薄膜的物理性能
On the Physical Performance of TiO2 Photocatalytic Film Made by Two Metals Adulteration
【摘要】 根据由两种方法制备的Ag/TiO2薄膜所进行光催化实验,比较随掺杂浓度变化纳米TiO2的光催化结果,分析了Ag掺杂对TiO2晶体物理性质——电子结构和反应速率的影响.
【Abstract】 Based on the Ag/TiO2 film made by two methods,we had a photocatalytic experiment and compared the results with different concentration of adulteration.Then we analyzed the influence of Ag adulteration on the physical qualities of TiO2 crystal,which include electronic structure and reaction velocity.
