【摘要】 采用高效液相色谱法测定发酵液中生物素的含量。结果表明,样品浓度在5~150μg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好,最低检测限为0.01μg.mL-1,精密度实验的RSD为0.21%,稳定性实验的RSD为6.6%,发酵液在15 h内检测结果无明显差别,加样回收率在95%~102%之间。该方法简便、快捷、准确、重现性好,可用于发酵液中生物素的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Content of biotin in fermentation liquid was determined with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).It showed a good linear relationship when the sample concentration was within the range of 5~150 μg·mL-1,the minimum detective limitation was 0.01 μg·mL-1,the relative standard deviation(RSD) of stability experiment was 6.6% and the relative standard deviation(RSD) of accuratal experiment was 0.21%.When the fermentation liquid was determined in 15 hours,the obtained results had no obvious difference.The recovery rate was within the range of 95%~102%.The method is convenient,rapid and accurate with good repeatability,which can be used for determination of biotin content in fermentation liquid.更多还原
