多孔介质中微生物生长行为和传输过程的数学模型研究进展
Research Progress in Mathematical Model of Microbial Propagation and Transport in Porous Media
【摘要】 近年来微生物被广泛应用于能源、资源与环境等领域,应用环境大多属于多孔介质,其应用效果与微生物在多孔介质中的生长运移规律直接相关。综述了包括微生物的生长繁殖、化学趋向性、扩散、吸附和沉积过程的数学模型的发展,特别是多孔介质对上述过程的影响;对微生物在多孔介质中运移的数学模型进行了评述。
【Abstract】 Microorganism was widely applied in fields of energy,resources and environment,and most of the application environment were porous media.The application efficiency of microorganism was directly related to the microbial propagation and transport in porous media.Mathematical models of microbial propagation,chemotaxis,diffusion,adsorption/desorption and deposition were reviewed in this paper,especially the effect of the present of porous media on these processes.Mathematical models of microbial transport in porous media were also reviewed.
