生物滤塔中好氧反硝化去除NO_x的研究
Study on the Removal of NO_x with Aerobic Denitrification in an Aerobic Biofilter
【摘要】 为考察高浓度氧环境下生物过滤反硝化去除NOx的效果,建立了一套小型生物过滤系统。在为期120 d的运行过程中,当NO浓度为401.8~803.6 mg·m-3、O2含量为0%~20%时,滤塔对NOx的去除效率维持在80%以上。空白实验表明,当O2含量逐渐增加到20%时,最高可化学脱除30.5%的NOx。O2含量的急剧增加对NOx的去除有明显的影响;NO浓度越高,微生物适应所需的时间就越长。对模拟气体中NO在生物过滤系统中可能的转化机理进行了初步分析,发现滤塔中NOx脱除过程以生物去除为主。
【Abstract】 A bench-scale biofiltration system was developed to evaluate the NOx removal efficiency under high oxygen concentration.During the 120 d running process,a stable NOx removal efficiency of more than 80% could be obtained,when NO concentration was 401.8~803.6 mg·m-3 and O2 content was 0%~20%.In the blank experiment,less than 30.5% NOx was removed as oxygen content increased to 20%.The higher NO concentration,the longer time the microflora need to regain activities.And the transfer mechanism of NO in simulated gas was analyzed.Biological removal process is the main mechanism of NOx removal process in the filter.
