不同煅烧制度下硅酸盐水泥熟料显微结构的研究
Study on microstructure of portland cement clinker under different calcined systems
【摘要】 介绍了硅酸盐水泥熟料电镜试样的制备及测试方法,分析了烧成时间、温度等工艺因素对熟料显微结构的影响。结果表明:硅酸盐水泥熟料的显微结构与其煅烧制度密切相关,在配料适当、煅烧制度正常的情况下,最佳烧成温度在1 300℃以上,物料在烧成带的适宜停留时间为10~15 min。
【Abstract】 The paper introduced the preparation and test method of SEM samples of portland cement clinker.The effects of sinter-temperature and sinter-time on microstructure of clinker were analyzed.The result show that the microstructure of portland cement clinker correlates closely with calcined system,and under normal conditions,the best calcined temperature is above 1 300℃ and the suitable resident time of material firing in the fire belt is 10~15 minutes.
