石墨与黄铜异质钎焊工艺研究

【摘要】 以某电机用换向器的制造为研究背景,采用Sn基无铅钎料实现了表面镀铜石墨与黄铜的钎焊焊接.实验结果表明:钎焊接头强度4~6 MPa,片间电阻约5×10-3Ω,该钎焊工艺能够满足换向器工作要求.钎焊接头界面结构组织为:石墨/Cu/Cu6Sn5/CuSn共晶/SnZn共晶/CuSn共晶/Cu6Sn5/黄铜,由于这些共晶合金和金属间化合物在母材之间起到过渡连接作用,从而实现了石墨与黄铜的钎焊连接.

【Abstract】 An appropriate technical method was applied to brazing of graphite to brass in commutator manufacturing.The results showed that the joint shearing strength was 4~6 MPa and the resistance was 5×10-3Ω,which showed that the properties of the commutator was appropriate for using.The joint microstructure was graphite/Cu/Cu6Sn5/Cu-Sn eutectic Sn-Zn eutectic / Cu-Sn eutectic/Cu6Sn5/brass.Eutectic metal and metallic compound could combine the graphite with brass because of the dissoluting and diffusing between solder and matrix.
