【摘要】 以高产油脂菌株刺孢小克银汉霉B5为试验对象,研究了影响B5开放式固态发酵的多个因素并对其发酵过程做动力学曲线分析,刺孢小克银汉霉B5开放式固态发酵产油脂的最佳条件是:以5 g玉米秸秆为基本固体培养基,添加3.50 g的葡萄糖和0.15 g的硝酸铵,再加入0.025 g柠檬酸、0.02 g硫酸锌和8 mL水,接种量为10 mL。在此基础上,自然pH值,25℃,发酵8 d,固态发酵干基质油脂百分含量可以达到13%左右。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using Cunninghamella echinulata B5 as an experimental object because of its high capability to produce lipid,after studying many factors that influenced B5′s unsterilized solid state fermentation and making analysis of kinetics curve of fermentation process,the optimum conditions for B5′s unsterilized solid state fermentation to produce lipid were: used 5g corn straw as basic solid culture medium,added 3.50g glucose and 0.15g ammonium nitrate,and then added 0.025g citric acid,0.02g zinc sulfate and 8mL water,inoculated with 10mL cultivated seed liquid.On the basis of these conditions,along with natural pH,25℃ and 8d′s fermentation,the percentage of lipid content could remain about 13% in dry substrate.更多还原
