Ru-Zn@SiO2催化苯选择加氢制环己烯研究

【摘要】 采用W/O微乳液法制备得到了Ru-Zn@SiO2催化剂,利用程序升温还原(TPR)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和N2等温吸附-脱附技术对催化剂进行了表征.结果表明,Ru以直径约2~5nm的小颗粒均匀分散在SiO2中,而Zn则以ZnO的形式高度分散在催化剂中.利用苯选择加氢制环己烯反应对其进行了评价,在研究条件下,环己烯收率最高为12.5%,此时苯转化率为45.9%.

【Abstract】 Ru-Zn@SiO2 catalyst was prepared through W/O microemulsion method, and was characterized by tempera- ture-programmed reduction (TPR), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and N2 adsorption-desorption technique. It can be concluded from the results that Ru particles were dispersed uniformly with diameters about 2 ~ 5 nm, while Zn existed as ZnO and were highly dispersed in catalyst. The selective hydrogenation of benzene was carried out over Ru-Zn@SiO2 catalyst.The cyclohexene yield was up to 12.5% when the benzene conversion was 45.9%.
