【Abstract】 Justice harmony is very popular.These prlblems that whether the harmony is the goal of justice and what is the relationship between them must be clarification by scholars.If impartial judicature is the internal goal of the justice,harmony is the external task of the justice for political.Neither are the same character.In practice,the judicial harmony is contrary to judicial law and justice harmony should be carried out in procedures in order to achieve the correct convergence of the justice and politics under China’s national conditions.更多还原
