【摘要】 回顾我国婚姻家庭法六十年的历程,可见其立法的根本价值取向和目的就是构建和谐的婚姻家庭关系。这体现了我国民众对建立平等和睦婚姻家庭关系的追求,也体现了构建和谐社会和促进社会发展的需要。展望我国婚姻家庭法的未来,我国未来的婚姻家庭立法包括《中国民法典.婚姻家庭编》的制定都应当继续进一步凸显构建和谐的婚姻家庭关系这一根本目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Looking back the construction of Chinese marriage and family law,it can been seen that its value orientation and aim is the construction of harmonious marriage and family relationship,which reflects the pursuit to the equal and harmonious marriage and family relationship of the common people,as well the need to construct harmonious society and to promote the social development.Looking forward to the construction of Chinese marriage and family law in the future,including the enactment of the Volume Marriage and Family of Chinese Civil Code,we should give prominence to this fundamental aim of constructing harmonious marriage and family relationship.更多还原
