薄壁混凝土结构裂缝成因分析及防止措施
Genetic analysis on concrete cracks in thin-wall structures and preventive measures
【摘要】 对泵站和船闸等薄壁结构上出现的混凝土裂缝产生的机理进行分析表明,内外温差、基础温差以及自收缩变形是导致裂缝产生的主要成因。因此,减小混凝土温差和自收缩变形可有效防止混凝土裂缝的产生,具体措施包括表面保温、内部水管降温、掺粉煤灰和外加剂等。
【Abstract】 The analysis on the genetic mechanism of the cracks in the thin-wall concrete structures shows that the concrete cracks are mainly caused by both sides temperature difference and the concrete shrinkage deformation.The crack control measures,such as well surface curing,internal circulating cooling,making use of flyash or other admixtures etc.are suggested.
