【摘要】 资源节约型社会的构建有着深厚的文化基础与科学的理论依据。建设资源节约型社会作为一项长期的基本国策,关系着中国现代化的进程和国家安全,有利于实现社会可持续发展。文章专注于资源节约型社会产生与存在的理论基础,从中国古代的生态伦理智慧到现代的可持续发展理论和循环经济理论都给予了阐释。通过对国内外关于资源节约型社会理论研究及立法综述,总结了资源节约型社会的内涵,并展望了资源节约型社会的研究趋势,尤其从法律的视角对资源节约型社会的研究重点给予了关注,以期为我国资源节约型社会的法律保障提供理论支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of resource-saving society has profound cultural base and scientific theory.The construction of resource-saving society,as a long-term basic national policy,is related with China′s modernization process and the national security,and favorable to the realization of the social sustainable development.This paper focuses the study on the theoretical basis of the formation and existence of resource-conserving society,and elaborates the ancient Chinese ethic wisdom,modern sustainable development theory and the cycle economy theory. Through analyzing the theory and legislation of resource-conserving society,the concept of resource-saving society is summarized,and the research trend for resource-saving society is prospected.Viewing from legislation,the key study issues on resource-saving society are emphasized in order to provide theoretical support of legal protection to China′s resource-saving society.更多还原
