【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the infrastructure characteristics,urban economy development,added values from land,this paper studies the issue of allocation of land value that comes from city infrastructure.It is proposed that we should use land value-added profit to promote the healthy and stable development of the real estate market,and innovate the system idea of rural construction land utilization in suburban areas.更多还原
