【Abstract】 The M&A has become the optimum choice for resolving the development bottleneck of the iron and steel industry.For making the best use of resource and seeking international utterance right,the iron and steel business group in Hebei should enhance core competitiveness and realize the integration target urgently.Through analyzing a large-scale iron and steel corporation in Hebei,this paper proposes the new idea for the integration of iron and steel enterprises in Hebei,and then the constructive suggestions for the development of the iron and steel industry are provided.更多还原
