【Abstract】 The sustainable and high speed growth of China economy is realized by government-leading market economy since China′s Reform and Opening,and this kind of economy growth pattern is the effective combination of government and market approach under two motivations.Therefore,dealing correctly with the relationship between market and government during the economic development,as well as finding out their conjunction point plays a significant role in carrying out the scientific concept of development and building a harmonious society.This paper discusses the lag of marketization in regional development reflected by input and output among regions,which is the main reason of resource allocation efficiency limitation.The role of local government and behavior logic in regional market conformity,as well as the conjunction point between government and market in resource allocation are the innovation of government-leading behavior institution during economic development.更多还原
