小机排汽对凝汽器喉部流场影响的三维数值分析

【摘要】 采用SIMIPLE算法和模型,基于大型通用程序FLUENT操作平台,对一凝汽器喉部进行数值模拟。在考虑内置低压加热器和给水泵汽轮机排汽等因素的情况下,通过对凝汽器喉部流场进行数值模拟,分析了小汽轮机排汽对喉部流场均匀性及流动阻力的变化,提出了减小汽阻的方法,对凝汽器喉部设计具有一定的参考意义。

【Abstract】 Based on the large general-purpose program FLUENT,the throat of the condenser was simulated by using the SIMPLE method and model.Taking the factors such as the inside putting of low pressure heater and exhausting of the turbine pump into consideration,the flow of the condenser throat was simulated,and then the influence of the exhausting of Small Turbine on the Resistance and Uniformity of the throat flow was analyzed.The Resistance reducing method presented in this paper has certain reference significance refer to the design of the condenser throat.
