用于加热辊的TiO2+40%Al2O3陶瓷加热涂层

【摘要】 陶瓷加热辊相对于传统的油、水和蒸汽加热辊具有加热均匀、控温容易、减少设备维修费用和停工时间、节能降耗、操作安全等特点,并且能获得与高成本的感应加热辊相同的性能。文中采用大气等离子喷涂设备在低碳钢基体上制备TiO2基陶瓷加热涂层,涂层结构致密,导电性能良好。对涂层进行通电试验,可以稳定地从室温加热到490℃

【Abstract】 Compared with typical oil,water or steam heating rolls,ceramic heating rolls can provide precise temperature uniformity,easy control of temperature,low energy consumption,reduction of the maintenance cost and downtime,and operation safety.Ceramic heating rolls also have the comparative properties to induction heating rolls.TiO2 based ceramic heating coatings were prepared on low carbon steel substrates by air plasma spraying technology.It was found that the coatings are homogeneous and compact and have better electrical conductivity.Electrifying heating device was also used to research the TiO2 based ceramic heating coatings.The heating coatings can be steadily heated from the room temperatures up to 490oC in the air.
