【摘要】 目的探讨网络及电话干预在高血压治疗中的作用。方法建立高血压病俱乐部的网络及电话干预平台和病友档案,进行定期健康宣教,及时网络及电话干预饮食、运动、心理、服药等,同时记录患者回访期间发生的不良反应、疾病情况及医疗费用开支等。结果高血压患者的网络及电话干预改变了诸多高血压病友原有的不良生活习惯,提高了对高血压的知晓率、服药率、血压控制率,同时减少了并发症以及个人、社会的经济负担。结论高血压的网络及电话干预对于控制高血压、提高高血压患者的生活质量效果显著,是一种切合实际的、医患互动的新的管理模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of network and telephone intervention using in the treatment of hypertension.METHODS Network and telephone platforms and patients files for Hypertension Club were established.Health education,intervention of diet,exercise,psychology,medicine and so on were given to patients with hypertention through telephone and network timely.Recorded adverse reactions,disease conditions and medical costs at the same time.RESULTS Network and telephone intervention useing in the treatment of hypertension has the effect of changing the original bad habits,increasing awareness of high blood pressure,taking medicine rate,blood pressure controling rate,while reducing the complications,as well as personal,social economic burden.CONCLUSION The method of using network and telephone intervening hypertension is quite effective in controlling blood pressure and improving the quality of life of patients with hypertension,as well as a realistic,effectivly doctor-patient interaction managemental model.更多还原
