【Abstract】 Acutobin is a thrombin-like enzyme purified from the venom of the snake Deinagkistrodom acutus.It possesseds thrombosis inhibition,thrombolysis,antiplatelet actions and reduces the brain tissue reperfussion damage.It has been used to treat acute ischemia stroke and other thrombotic disease.The biochemistry,pharmacology,toxicology and clinical use of the acutobin were systematic introduced in this paper.更多还原
