【摘要】 目的观察吡柔比星联合膀胱腔内热疗预防膀胱肿瘤复发的疗效。方法对72例膀胱移行细胞癌术后病人,在膀胱腔内灌注吡柔比星期间,同时行膀胱腔内灌注热疗,并随访疗效。结果化、热疗联合治疗组复发率为4.17%;对照组复发率为36.7%(P<0.01)。结论在预防膀胱肿瘤术后复发诸多方法中,吡柔比星联合热疗是一种安全有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE Observation on the efficacy of Pirarubicin combined with intravesical instillation by hyperthermia to prevent bladder tumor recurrence.METHODS 72 cases of patients with transitional bladder cell carcinoma,use intravesical instillation by hyperthermia at the same time of the bladder instillation therapy.RESULTS The recurrence rate of hyperthermia combined treatment group was 4.17 percent while control group,the recurrence rate was 36.7%(P<0.01).CONCLUSION In many methods of the prevention of bladder tumor recurrence,Pirarubicin combined with intravesical instillation by hyperthermia is an effective way.更多还原
