【摘要】 目的评估氨溴特罗口服液治疗小儿肺炎临床疗效和安全性。方法对133例小儿肺炎患者随机分为治疗组68例和对照组65例。两组均采用常规治疗,同时治疗组给予氨溴特罗口服液,对照组给予氨溴索注射液。结果治疗组经治疗后,在咳嗽持续时间、咳嗽难易程度持续时间、哮鸣音持续时间均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论氨溴特罗口服液治疗小儿肺炎疗效确切、安全性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To assess the safety and efficacy of Ambrocol oral liquid in the treatment of children with infectious pneumonia.METHODS Cases of children with infectious pneumonia were divided into treatment group(68) and control group(65).Both groups received routine therapy.Additional ambrocol hydrochloride injection was given in the control group.RESULTS Timing of rales dispearance in the lung cough duration and difficulty of cough in the treatment group were significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.01).CONCLUSION Ambrocol is highly effective and well for the treatment of children with pneumonia.更多还原
