【摘要】 目的比较尼莫地平与醒脑静治疗高血压脑出血成本效果。方法将92例患者分为两组:A组应用尼莫地平;B组应用醒脑静注射液,观察疗效并进行药物经济学成本-效果分析。结果有效率分别为90%和45.23%。成本分别为1791.1元和1395.9元,成本效果比分别为19.9和30.86。结论尼莫地平治疗高血压脑出血比醒脑静安全、经济、有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE TO compare the efficieny and economic cost between nimodipine and Xingnaojing injection in the treatment of hypertersive cerebral hemorrhage.METHODS 92 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were divided into 2 groups,one of which took nimodipine(A) and the other took Xingnaojing injection(B),therapeutic efficacy were observed,and the cost-effectiveness of the regimes were evaluated.RESULTS The effective rates of group A and B were 90% and 45.23%,the costs were 1791.1 yuan and l395.9 yuan,the costs for an identical effect were 19.9 and 30.86,respectively.CONCLUSIONS Nimodipine is safe,effective and economical drug compared with Xingnaojing injection in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.更多还原
