【摘要】 目的探讨颈椎退行性疾病的前路手术治疗方法。方法24例多节段颈椎退行性疾病患者采用多种前路手术治疗,术后随访6个月-5年,应用影像学检查和临床神经学检查(日本矫形外科学会JOA评分法)评价24例病人的治疗效果。结果术后X线片均显示24例病人融合节段植骨部位已愈合,JOA评分由术前的(7.6±1.4)分提高到(13.7±2.1)分。其中优14例,良9例,可1例,差0例;脊髓功能均有不同程度恢复,优良率95.8%。结论多节段颈椎退行性疾病根据颈椎具体退变情况,结合患者经济条件选择不同的前路手术方式均取得满意的临床效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the anterior route surgical treatment of multilevel cervical spinal degenerative disease.Methods 24 cases with multilevel cervical spinal degenerative disease had been treated with multianterior route surgery.All the patients had been followed up with image study and neurological examination for 6 months-5years.The neurological function was evaluated with JOA scores.Results X-ray showed that all the 24 cases had fusion of segmental bone grafting.JOA score increased from 7.6±1.4 to 13.7±2.1 after operation.14 cases were excellent,9 cases were fine,and 1 case was acceptable.The spinal cord function had more or less recuperation with the average d 95.8%.Conclusion According to the facts of cervical spinal degeneration and the financial capacity of patient,different anterior surgery methods are employed,and all the methods are satisfactory.更多还原
