【摘要】 目的分析高血压患者鼻出血的介入治疗及护理过程,为临床提供有价值的经验,以期提高疗效。方法将52例高血压并鼻出血患者分为两组,两组患者的年龄、性别比例、血压水平、高血压病龄、血压控制情况无明显差异,一组行介入治疗及围治疗期强化护理,另一组行前、后鼻孔填塞压迫止血,比较两组的术后效果。结果介入治疗护理组患者术后止血效果明显、再出血的机率低,住院时间短。结论介入治疗是治疗高血压并顽固性鼻出血的一项比传统填塞更有效的治疗方法,同时,围治疗期强化护理是介入治疗过程中必不可少的重要一环。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide valuable clinical experience and improve therapeutic effect of super-selective endovascular embolism(SSEE)treated on patients with hypertensive intractable epistaxis.Methods Fifty-two cases of hypertensive intractable epistaxis were divided into two groups.There were no significant differences in the age of the patients,the gender proportion,the level and sick time of blood pressure,the control of blood pressure between two groups.One group(26 cases)were cured with intervention therapy,SSEE,and enhanced nursing care(ENC)were used to stop the bleeding.Another group were cured with compression hemostasis by use of anterior nares and choanal gauze packing.The therapeutic effect was compared between groups.Results SSEE and ENC group was superior to anterior nares and choanal gauze packing group(control group)in following aspects:signifitant effect of hemostasis,lower reoccurrence rate and short hospitalization time.Conclusion The SSEE is a valuable method on therapy of hypertensive intractable epistaxis.ENC was the absolutely necessary step in interventional therapy.更多还原
