【摘要】 目的观察卡孕栓(通用名:卡前列甲酯栓,商品名:卡孕栓)肛门用药减少产后出血的疗效。方法选择足月妊娠阴道分娩产妇500例,随机分为两组,即卡孕栓组(观察组)和催产素组(对照组)各250例,观察指标为产后2h内的出血量。结果观察组产后2h内平均出血量较对照组明显减少(P<0.01)。结论卡孕栓塞肛是一种有效、简便减少产后出血的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of carbprost methylate suppositories rectal administration in reduction of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 500 cases of mature pregnant women of vaqina delivery were recuited randomly in two group.250 cases in treatment group using carboprost rectal administration,250 cases in control group using oxytocin.The amount of the hemorrhage in postpartum within 2 hours were recorded.Results The amount of the hemorrhage in postpartum within 2 hours in carboprost group was significantly lesser than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Carboprost methylate suppositories is a effcient and convenient method to decrease postpartum hemorrhage.更多还原
