【摘要】 目的研究回缩睾丸的彩色多普勒超声诊断,探讨其临床应用价值。方法对儿童睾丸可疑位置异常进行超声观察,着重研究睾丸位置变化,结合临床资料对高度可疑隐睾患者进行多次重复检查,观察双侧睾丸位置、大小、回声、血流分布及其滑动情况。结果255例受检者中,临床触诊和初次超声检查分别发现回缩睾丸10例,重复检查发现7例。双侧睾丸大小差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超声检查能够对回缩睾丸进行明确的解剖定位,为临床诊断及选择治疗方案提供极有价值的信息。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the testicular retraction with color Doppler ultrasound to explore the clinical value.Method Performed color Doppler ultrasound on children with suspicious abnormal position of testis,focusing on changes in testicular position.The color Doppler ultrasounds were repeated multiple times with suspected cryptorchidism,observed the bilateral testicular location,size,echo,blood flow distribution and motion of movement.Results Among 255subjects,retractions of the testis(10 cases) were found by clinical palpation and initial ultrasonography,7 cases were found in the repeat examination.There was no significant difference(P>0.05) between bilateral testicular sizes.Conclusion Ultrasonography of the retracted testis can provide specific anatomical location and provide extremely valuable information for clinical diagnosis and treatment.更多还原
