宽景成像在成人腹股沟斜疝诊断中的应用

【摘要】 目的探讨宽景成像诊断成人腹股沟斜疝的价值。方法对55例超声检查诊断为腹股沟斜疝的成年患者,增加超声宽景成像检查,分别对平卧位平静状态及经valsalva动作后两种状态做宽景成像,对比两种状态下疝的变化。结果平卧位平静状态的腹股沟斜疝长径约(10.0±3.8)cm,最厚处厚径约(1.8±0.8)cm,疝囊最宽处(2.4±0.9)cm;经valsalva动作后长径约(11.3±3.9)cm,最厚处厚径约(2.3±0.8)cm,疝囊最宽处(2.7±0.9)cm。结论超声能够清晰显示腹股沟斜疝的超声解剖结构图,宽景成像可以采集超宽视野图像,从而得到一幅非常完整的超声解剖结构图,对疝囊的整体观察更为直接。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical applicable value of panoramic ultrasound imaging in the diagnosis of adult indirect inguinal hernia. Methods Fifty-five adult patients with indirect inguinal hernia were examined by ultrasonograph and panoramic ultrasound imaging. Which was examined in the quiet supine position and in the valsalva maneuver,finally contrasted the change of indirect inguinal hernia. Results The length-diameter of indirect inguinal hernia in the quiet supine position was (10.0±3.8)cm,the widest thickness-diameter was (1.8±0.8)cm,the widest hernia sac was (2.4±0.9)cm; and the length-diameter of indirect inguinal hernia in the valsalva maneuver was (11.3±3.9)cm,the widest thickness-diameter was (2.3±0.8)cm,the widest hernia sac was (2.7±0.9)cm. Conclusion Ultrasonography can clearly displayed ultrasonic anatomy structure chart of indirect inguinal hernia,panoramic ultrasound imaging can increase visual field of ultrasonography,thereby a very complete ultrasonic anatomy structure chart can be obtained,the approach is more direct in general observation of hernia sac.
