【摘要】 目的探讨鼻咽癌组织中DNA拓扑异构酶(TOPOⅡ)的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测55例鼻咽癌组织中TOPOⅡ的表达情况,并结合临床病理因素进行分析。结果55例鼻咽癌组织中TOPOⅡ阳性表达52例(94.5%)。与患者的性别、临床分期、有无淋巴结转移及病理组织学分型无关。结论检测TOPOⅡ对制定鼻咽癌化疗方案有一定的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical implication of DNA topoisomerase(TopoⅡ) expression in NPC tissue.Methods The expressions of Topo Ⅱ in 55 case of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were detected by S-P immunohistocbemical technique,its correlation to clinical pathologic characteristic of nasopharyngeal carcinoma was explored.Results Positive expression of Topo Ⅱ was 94.5% in NPC palients.There was no relationships with sex,clinical stage,lymph node metastasis and pathological type with the expression of Topo Ⅱ in tumor tissues.Conclusion The determination of Topo Ⅱ may be useful for the establishment of chemotherapy regimen in NPC.更多还原
