【摘要】 目的探讨长效钙离子拮抗剂左旋氨氯地平联合卡维地洛对血压达标和左室舒张功能的影响。方法70例原发性高血压患者口服苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平2.5mg每天1次,联合卡维地洛10mg每天2次共8周,观察血压达标情况及其对心率、糖脂代谢、左室舒张功能的影响。结果联合服药1周血压达标率46.66%,以后达标率逐周递增,至第8周血压达标率达93.88%(P<0.01),左室质量指数下降,二尖瓣E/A比值升高(P<0.05)。用药前后心率、血糖、血脂无明显变化。结论苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合卡维地洛降压有良好的达标率,并同时能改善左室舒张功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the pharmco-chronological effect of levo-amlodipin and carvedilol on left ventricular diastolic dysfunction while lowering the blood pressure to the goa1.Methods Seventy patients with primary hypertension orally received carvedilol 10 mg twice per day plus levo-amlodipin 2.5mg once a day for 8 weeks.Systolic blood pressure(SBP) and diastolic blood pressure(DBP),heart rate(HR),biochemical effects,LVMI,left ventricular diastolic function were monitored.Results Seventy patients with primary hypertension orally received carvedilol 10 mg twice per day plus levo-amlodipin 2.5mg once a day for 8 weeks.Systolic blood pressure(SBP) and diastolic blood pressure(DBP),heart rate(HR),biochemical effects,LVMI,left ventricular diastolic function were monitored.Conclusion There are the well reached goal rate when levo-amlodipin combined with carvedilol on the treatment of primary hypertension.Similarly,they may improve the diastolic function.更多还原
