【摘要】 目的探讨环氧化酶2(COX-2)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在复发性鼻息肉中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化Envision法检测VEGF和COX-2在复发性鼻息肉、初发鼻息肉和正常鼻黏膜中的表达。结果(1)COX-2在复发性鼻息肉、初发鼻息肉中的表达较正常鼻黏膜组明显增强,差异有显著意义(P<0.05);COX-2在复发性鼻息肉中的表达比在初发鼻息肉中的表达要强,两组间比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。(2)VEGF在复发性鼻息肉、初发鼻息肉中的表达较正常鼻黏膜组明显增强,差异有显著意义(P<0.05),VEGF在复发性鼻息肉和初发鼻息肉中的表达差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。(3)VEGFCOX-2和在鼻息肉中的表达呈正相关(P<0.05,r=0.895)。结论VEGF和COX-2是参与调控血管生成最重要的血管生长因子,提示它们可能在鼻息肉的发生、发展和复发过程中发挥重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the expression of Cyclooxygcnase 2(COX-2)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)recurrent of nasal polyps and its clinical significance.Methods Using immunohistochemistry Envision method the expression of COX-2 and VEGF was examined in recurrent of nasal polyps,the first nasal polyps and normal nasal mucosa as well.Results COX-2 expressions in both recurrent nasal polyps and the first nasal polyps were significantly higher than that of control group.VEGF expression in recurrent nasal polyps,the first nasal polyps was significantly higher than that in control group.To the COX-2 expressions there were statistics differences between test group and control group,and between in the recurrent nasal polyps and first nasal polyps patients(P<0.05,P<0.05).To the VEGF expression there were also statistics differences between test group and control group,and between in the recurrent nasal polyps and first nasal polyps patients(P<0.05,P<0.05).There was positive relativity in the expression of VEGF and COX-2(P<0.05,r=0.895).Conclusion VEGF and COX-2 are important cellular factors of promoting vascular formation.Data demonstrate that they could probably play important roles in the occurrence,development,and recurrent of nasal polyps.更多还原
