【摘要】 目的探讨周围型肺癌CT征象与MMP-9蛋白表达的关系。方法收集30例周围型肺癌的CT征象、病理及MMP-9免疫组织化学资料。结果30例周围型肺癌中,MMP-9阳性表达18例,阳性率为60%,MMP-9的表达与病理类型无关(P>0.05);与病理分级显著相关(P<0.05)。MMP-9在肿瘤直径>3 cm的表达强度高于肿瘤直径≤3 cm者,与肺癌CT征象中深分叶征、棘突征、纵隔淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05);与毛刺征、胸膜凹陷征无相关性(P>0.05)。结论MMP-9的表达与CT征象相关,可以在蛋白表达上判断周围型肺癌的侵袭、转移和预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study expression of MMP-9 in the process of tumor invasion and metastasis,explore the relationship between CT and pathologic findings in peripheral type carcinoma of lung.Methods Total of 30 patients was collected by CT images with peripheral type carcinoma of lung and pathological,immunohistochemical staining of MMP-9 information.Results 18 of 30 patients with peripheral type carcinoma of lung had MMP-9 expression,which the positive rate was 60%.MMP-9 expression was not relevant with pathological type(P>0.05),but there was significance correlated with the pathologic grade(P<0.05).Expression of MMP-9 in tumor diameter > 3cm was more than that of tumor diameter <3 cm,and relevant with CT findings of lung cancer of deep lobulation,spinousprotuberance,the mediastinal lymph node metastasis(P<0.05) and no correlation with spicular signs,pleural invasion(P>0.05).Conclusion CT findings associated with the expression of MMP-9 could evaluate invasion and metastasis and prognosis of the peripheral type carcinoma of lung according to protein expression.更多还原
