【摘要】 目的观察喉癌组织中组织蛋白酶B(Cathepsin B,CB)的表达,探讨CB在喉鳞癌组织中的作用。方法收集喉癌组织标本41例(其中有淋巴结转移者18例)和20例正常软腭粘膜组织,用免疫组织化学染色法探测CB的表达情况。结果喉癌中CB表达阳性率为78.05%(32/41),显著高于正常软腭粘膜组织的阳性率15%(3/20);CB在癌中阳性率与淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),未见与组织分化、临床分期显著相关(P>0.05)。结论CB在癌组织中的高度表达可能在喉癌发展中起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the role of CB in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma through observing the expression of CB in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods Collected the samples of CB in 41 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(18 cases with lymph node metastasis) and 20 cases of normal soft palate mucosa were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The positive rate of CB in the cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma was 78.05%(32/41),which was remarkable higher than that in the cases of normal soft palate tissue which was the 15%(3/20).The positive expression of CB in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma was significantly associated with lymph node metastasis status(P<0.05),but not found the significantly associated with histological grade,clinical stage(P>0.05).Conclusion The increasing expression of Cathepsin B in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma perhaps plays an important role in the development of this kind of cancer.更多还原
