【摘要】 目的:探讨带蒂肌皮辫修复胸段气管侧壁缺损的可行性。方法:对本科5例胸段气管缺损患者,应用带蒂肌皮瓣修复,完成气管重建。结果:重建气管通畅无狭窄,呼吸平顺,随访疗效稳定。结论:应用带蒂肌皮瓣,修复胸段气管侧壁缺损是一种取材方便、安全可靠的手术方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the usability of repair of defects of Intrathoracic tracheal side wall using pedicled muscle flaps.Methods:5 patients underwent of repair of defects of tracheal side wall and tracheal reconstruction by pedicled muscle flap.Results:Mo tracheal stricture in tracheal reconstruction,breathe smoothly,effective stabilize. Conclusion:The technique using pedicled muscle flap for repair of the defect of Intrathoracic tracheal side wall is a simple,safe and effective procedure.更多还原
