超声波辅助提取杨梅果实中黄酮类化合物的工艺研究

【摘要】 采用超声波法提取杨梅果实中的总黄酮,在考察乙醇浓度,提取时间、料液比、pH值四个单因素进行的基础上,通过正交试验确定了最佳提取工艺:乙醇浓度为70%,提取时间为30min,料液比为1∶10,提取溶剂pH值为3。在最佳条件下提取,黄酮含量为3.023mg/g。与传统回流提取法相比较,超声波提取具有速度快,提取率高,操作简便等优点。

【Abstract】 The ultrasonic-assisted extraction of flavone from waxberry fruit was studied in this article. The single-factor experiments and orthogonal test showed that the best ethanol concentration, solid/liquid ratio, pH and extraction time were 70%, 1:10, 3 and 30 minutes, respectively. Under those conditions, the content of flavonoids was 3.023 mg/g. This method was faster, easier and had higher extraction rate, compared with traditional extraction method.
