【Abstract】 Guizhou is a province with many nationalities;it is an inevitable requirement for Guizhou to implement the system of regional ethnic autonomy.We have built an administrative system of"three-state and eleven-county"in autonomous areas on the basis of Marx and Lenin’ s national theories,nation- equality theory and China’s experience through the sixty-years’ practice.It has proved that the system of regional ethnic autonomy is a political system,not only suitable for China’s national conditions,but also with strong vitality.The achievements which got from the practice in Guizhou are obvious.更多还原
