【摘要】 农村土地承包经营权制度是中国特色的土地制度,该制度在中国农村实施将近三十年来,由于各地的自然、经济和社会条件以及历史文化背景千差万别,导致该制度存在着不同的表现形式,同时其缺陷也日益显露。通过分析我国农村土地承包经营权的不同表现形式及其日益显现出的缺陷,认为物权化的农村土地承包权是我国农村土地承包经营权模式的最佳选择。更多还原
