电化学氧化苯酚模拟废水中间产物的高效液相色谱分析
The HPLC Analysis of Intermediate Products in the Simulated Wastewater of Phenol after Electrochemistry Oxidation
【摘要】 以苯酚为模拟污染物,用高效液相色谱仪分析了模拟废水电化学氧化后的中间产物。分析时采用将样品未知组分的保留时间与标准物质的保留时间作对照,以及直接在样品中加入标准物质与样品进行对照的方法,根据未知组分峰面积变化情况和保留时间进行定性分析,从而确定苯酚电化学氧化的中间产物。最后探讨了苯酚的电化学氧化机理,推断出苯酚电化学氧化降解的途径。
【Abstract】 The intermediate products in the wastewater of phenol after electrochemistry oxidation was analyzed by HPLC.The method is to compare the retention time of unknown component with that of standard substance,and to compare the mixture of the standard substance and samples with the samples.We carried out the qualitative analysis according to the change situation of the peak area and the retention time of the unknown component,then the intermediate products of phenol after electrochemistry oxidation was determined.At last,we discussed the oxidation mechanism of electrochemistry of phenol and deduced the electrochemistry oxidation degradation way of phenol.
