【摘要】 建立了高效液相色谱—二极管阵列检测器(HPLC_DAD)测定噻虫嗪的方法。采用C18液相色谱柱,以乙腈/水(70/30)为流动相,选择205nm为检测波长。结果表明本方法的相对标准偏差0.0013,变异系数0.12%,相关系数为0.9996,平均回收率100.6%。该法具有操作简便、灵敏度高、选择性好等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 A method was established for determination of thiamethoxam by high performance liquid chromatogra-phydiode array detection. By using C18 column, acetonitrile/water(70/30) as the mobile phase, and determination at 205nm, the result showed that standard deviation was 0.0013, coefficient of variation was 0.12%, linear regression coefficient was 0.9996, and average recovery percetage was 100.6%.
