流动注射-原子吸收光谱法测定雪莲果中的微量硒
Determination of Selenium in Smallanthus Sonchifolius by FIow Injection Hydride Generation-Atomic Absorption Spectrometry
【摘要】 建立了雪莲果中微量硒的测定方法。先将样品先进行消解,配制成溶液,然后采用流动注射氢化物发生-原子吸收光谱法测定雪莲果中微量硒的含量。结果表明硒元素在5~100μg·L-1的范围内吸光度A与浓度C呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9996),平均回收率98.19%,RSD=2.07%(n=6)。该法简单、准确,重现性好,可作为雪莲果中的微量硒的测定方法。
【Abstract】 A method for determination of selenium in Smallanthus Sonchifolius was established.The content of micro selenium was determined by flow injection-hydride generation-atomic absorption spectrometry after digestion.The linear range for selenium was 5.0~100.0·g.L-1(r=0.9996),the average recovery was 98.19 %,and RSD was 2.07 %.The method was simple,accurate and reproducible,and suitable to determine the content of selenium in Smallanthu Sonchifolius.
