【摘要】 目的探讨Livin及Caspase-3在骨肉瘤中的表达及两者之间的关系。方法应用免疫组化方法检测Livin及Caspase-3在45例骨肉瘤及15例骨软骨瘤中的表达,并分析其与各项临床病理指标之间的关系。结果Livin在骨肉瘤组织中阳性表达率为62.2%,而在骨软骨瘤中不表达,两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),Livin在骨肉瘤组织中的表达与分化程度、转移有关(P<0.05,P<0.01);Caspase-3在骨肉瘤及骨软骨瘤中阳性率分别为48.9%和80%,两者比较也有显著性差异(P<0.05);Livin与Caspase-3之间呈负相关。结论Livin的高表达可能与骨肉瘤的发生、发展及转移有关。Caspase-3在骨肉瘤中的表达下降,它与Livin一起参与了骨肉瘤的发病。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of Livin and Caspase-3 in osteosarcoma and the relationship between them.Methods The expression of Livin and Caspase-3 was examined by immunohistochemistry in 45 cases of osteosarcoma tissues and 15 cases of exostosis tissues.Furthermore,their correlation with patients’ clinical manifestations and histopathological characteristics were analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of Livin protein in osteosarcoma were significantly higher(62.2%) than those in exostosis tissues(0.0%)(P<0.01).The expression of Livin in osteosarcoma tissue correlated with its differentiation and metastasis.(P<0.05,P<0.01).The positive expression rate of Caspase-3 were 48.9%in osteosarcoma group and 80%in exostosis group.There was a prominent difference between them(P<0.05).The expression of Livin was negatively correlated with the expression of Caspase-3 in osteosarcoma.Conclusions The higher expression of Livin is associated with the osteosarcoma occurrence,development and metastasis.The expression of Caspase-3 was decreased in osteosarcoma.Caspase-3 causes the osteosarcoma occurrence with Livin.更多还原
