【摘要】 目的探讨在退变性腰椎管狭窄症合并腰椎侧凸的患者手术中使用有限减压撑开复位技术的临床疗效。方法2001年1月到2005年1月收治退变性腰椎狭窄合并腰椎侧凸患者24例。其中男13例,女11例。使用有限减压撑开复位技术,在凸侧顶椎下方的代偿性凹侧处进行开窗减压,凹侧进行撑开复位技术治疗。观察临床疗效,分析退变性腰椎管狭窄并侧凸的矫正效果、并发症和随访结果。结果全部病例获得随访,随访时间平均2.1年,疼痛缓解率为83.5%。术后侧凸得到良好的改善。术后并发症包括矫正效果丢失1例,无椎间隙塌陷,无椎间融合器移位,无断钉断棒等并发症的发生。结论有限减压撑开复位技术是治疗退变性腰椎管狭窄合并腰椎侧凸的有效方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical outcomes of limited decompression,reduction and distraction technique in treating degenerative lumbar stenosis complicated with scoliosis.Methods A retrospective review was conducted to study 24 patients with degenerative lumbar stenosis complicated with scoliosis from January,2001 to January, 2005.There were 13men and 11 women.All patients were treated by limited decompression,reduction and distraction technique:Spinal decompression by fenestration was carried on in the concave side of the compensatory curve beneath the top vertebral,and the concave side of the main curve was reset and distracted.Clinical effects were studied to analysis the correction results,complications and follow up.Results All patients were followed up for 2.1 years in average.The pain relief rate was 83.5%and the scoliosis got a good correction.Loss of correction happened in one case.No collapse of the disc height occurred,neither did the dislocation of the cages or the fracture of the fixation system.Conclusions The limited decompression,reduction and distraction technique is an effective treatment for degenerative lumbar stenosis complicated with scoliosis.更多还原
