基于DDS技术的涡流检测激励信号源
Eddy current excitation signal source based on DDS technology
【摘要】 设计了一种基于直接数字合成(DDS)技术的涡流检测智能激励信号源。它以高速单片机W77E58和FPGA芯片为核心控制单元,外围配合D/A转换、滤波器、人机交互和电源管理等模块,以产生参数可调的高精度激励信号去驱动涡流探头。该激励信号源具有性能稳定、操作灵活、界面友好等特点,可以满足裂纹涡流检测系统的需要。
【Abstract】 This paper presents an intelligent excitation signal source for eddy current testing based on direct digital synthesis(DDS) technology,in which the microcontroller W77E58 and the FPGA are served as the core control unit,and other modules,such as D/A converter,filter,human-machine interaction and power management etc.,are used as peripheral interface circuits,to generate excitation signal with adjustable parameters and high precise to drive the eddy current probe.The excitation single source can satisfy eddy current detection requirement of metal surface crack with the merits of outstanding stability,flexible and friendly control performance.
