【摘要】 目的探讨Tei指数检测青年原发性高血压患者心功能变化的临床应用价值。方法采用脉冲多普勒及组织多普勒显像技术对30例正常对照组、40例青年原发性高血压患者进行左心室Tei指数测定,用二维Simpson法测定左室射血分数(EF),用脉冲多普勒测定二尖瓣血流频谱E峰与A峰的比值(E/A)。结果高血压组左室Tei指数显著高于正常对照(P<0.05);左室EF、E/A高血压组与正常对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论青年高血压患者早期即存在心功能改变;Tei指数能准确定量评价青年高血压患者整体心功能变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the clinical value of inspecting the changes of ventricular function in young patient with essential hypertension by applying Doppler Tei index.Methods Determined the left ventricular Tei index by applying pulse doppler and doppler imaging technique,determined left ventricular by applying two dimensional Simpson,determining atrioventricular valve ratio of E/A of the 30 normal subjects and 40 young patient with essential ypertension.Results The left ventricular Tei index in youth essential hypertension patients was obviously higher than in the normal subjects(P<0.05),but there is no statistic significance in the difference between left ventricular EF and E/A and normal subjects(P>0.05).Conclusion Young patients with essential hypertension have left ventricular function change in the early stage,the Tei index can accurately assess the overall change of ventricular function in young patient with essential hypertension quantitatively.更多还原
