【摘要】 目的筛选抑制前列腺增生(BPH)有效中药复方。方法根据中医治疗良性BPH的辨证施治理论,对临床实践证明有效的方剂中不同功能类型的中药,采用血清药理学方法以及离体实验和动物模型相结合的方法筛选出抑制BPH能力最强的种类,然后运用中医理论和直接实验设计技术找出最佳配方。结果以中医理论为指导,利用现代化科学研究方法精选其中最有效的药物,组成一个治疗BPH的有效方剂。结论本方法有助于研究开发控制前列腺增生的新药,提高中医药治疗BPH的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Screen the availability traditional Chinese drug compound recipe which has inhibiting effect on benign prostate hyperplasia.Methods Determine the treatment basing on differentiation of symptoms and signs of benign prostate hyperplasia,among the different functional traditional Chinese drug formulas which proves to be effective,screen the most powerful drug by methods combining serological pharmacology,experiment in vitro and animal model,then find out the best prescription by using theory of traditional Chinese medicine and direct experiment design technology.Results Basing on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,screen available traditional Chinese drug compound recipe which has inhibiting effect on benign prostate hyperplasia by using mordern scientific method.Conclusion This method increase effect on benign prostate hyperplasia and exploit new drug on benign prostate hyperplasia.更多还原
