竹荪提取液对砷中毒大鼠血细胞参数的影响
Experimental Analysis on Influence of Extract from Dictyophora duplicata on Blood Parameters of Arseniasis Rats
【摘要】 目的:分析竹荪提取液对砷中毒大鼠血细胞15项参数的影响,为防治砷中毒及竹荪资源的开发利用提供依据。方法:As2O3经口染毒,建立砷中毒动物模型,竹荪提取液灌胃14d,采用F-820半自动血细胞分析仪测定实验动物血细胞参数。结果:(1)与正常对照组比较,砷中毒模型组红细胞计数(RBC)、红细胞压积(HCT)、淋巴细胞绝对值(W-SCC)、血小板(PLT)显著降低,P<0.05或P<0.01;红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)显著升高,P<0.05或P<0.01;(2)与砷中毒模型组比较,竹荪治疗组RBC、血红蛋白(HGB)、HCT呈现升高趋势,MCH呈降低趋势,MCHC随竹荪剂量升高而降低,高剂量组差异具有显著性(P<0.05),平均红细胞体积(MCV)、红细胞体积宽度(RDW-CV)呈升高趋势且高于正常对照组;白细胞(WBC)、W-SCC、中性粒细胞绝对值(W-LCC)呈上升趋势;淋巴细胞百分数(W-SCR)在竹荪低剂量组显著性降低(P<0.05),而后随剂量增加呈上升趋势;中性粒细胞百分数(W-LCR)在竹荪低剂量组显著性升高(P<0.05),而后随剂量增加呈下降趋势;PLT持续降低,血小板分布宽度(PDW)、平均血小板体积(MPV)呈上升趋势,但差异无统计学意义。结论:AS2O3对实验大鼠血液系统有一定的损害作用,竹荪提取液对砷所致的大鼠血液系统红细胞、白细胞、血小板等指标具有一定的保护作用。
【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze 15 blood parmeters in arseniasis rats that changed under the influence of extract from Dictyophora duplicate(EXD),so as to provide references for further study.Methods:Arsenic poisoning animal model was established by given AS2O3 to rats orally.EXT was than used to treat these rats orally for 14 days,and F-820 semi-automatic blood corpuscle analyzer was adopted to analyze the blood parameters of experimental animals.Results:(1)Compared with those of normal control group(group C),RBC,HCT,W-SCC,and PLT were lower and MCH,and MCHC were higher significantly in arsenic poisoning group(group AP)(P﹤0.05 or P﹤0.01);(2)In EXD treated groups(high and low doses),RBC,HGB,HCT,MCV,and RDW-CV were higher than those of group AP,and MCV,and RDW-CV were higher than those of group C.When dose increased,MCHC descended significantly in high dose group(P﹤0.05).WBC,W-SCC,and W-LCC increased more along with dose raise.W-SCR descended significantly in the low dose group(P﹤0.05),but increased more when dose increased.W-LCR had opposite display to W-SCR.PLT continuously reduced along with dose raise.PDW and MPV showed a rise trend,but it was not statistically significant.Conclusions:AS2O3 has harmful effect on blood system of experimental rats to some extent,and EXD has sheltering effect on blood system,and can cause changes of erythrocye,leucocyte,and platelet indexes,but the mechanisms need to be studied further.
