【摘要】 目的:探讨不同时期人胎肠系膜淋巴结淋巴细胞凋亡。方法:收集人胎35例,采用常规组织学HE染色、免疫组织化学细胞凋亡(TUNEL法)染色和细胞计数法进行研究。结果:9周,人胎肠系膜淋巴结原基内未见凋亡的淋巴细胞。11~12周,有极少量淋巴细胞凋亡,13~32周,各胎龄段均有淋巴细胞凋亡。凋亡的淋巴细胞呈单个分布且多被巨噬细胞所吞噬。经统计学处理,各胎龄段淋巴细胞凋亡数差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:(1)淋巴细胞凋亡是人胎肠系膜淋巴结发育过程中的普遍现象;(2)人胎发育时期,肠系膜淋巴结通过细胞凋亡方式对淋巴细胞的发育有一定筛选作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the apoptosis of lymphocytes in mesenteric lymph nodes(MLNs)during different stages of human fetus development.Methods: Thirty-five human fetuses were collected.The Hermatoxylin-Eosin(HE) staining,immunohistochemistry apoptosis method(in-situ dT,dT-mediated dUTP nick labeling,TUNEL),and cytometry were used in this study.Results: At the 9th week of fetal age,no apoptosis lymphocyte was seen in the primordium of the MLNs.In 11~12 weeks of fetal development,a few of apoptosis lymphocytes could be found.Obvious apoptosis lymphocytes were observed from the 13rd week to the 32nd week.They occurred singly and were phagocytized by macrophage.But there was not distinct difference between each stage of the developing fetuses(P>0.05).Conclusions:(1) The apoptosis of lymphocytes is a common phenomenon during MLNs growth in human embryo development;(2)During the development of human fetus,the MLNs have screening function to lymphocytes through apoptosis.更多还原
