反应与分离相耦合的钢铁酸洗液处理研究

【摘要】 采用反应与分离相耦合的途径,用19通道陶瓷膜元件构建了5L气升式膜反应器,并就其用于钢铁酸洗液的处理进行了研究。结果表明:在0.5~2.5m3/h曝气量范围内,稳定膜通量能维持在60L/(m2·h)以上,且提高曝气量有利于提高循环液体流速。在稳定操作条件下,料液中氢氧化铁悬浮物浓度、温度(1~45℃)和膜两侧压差(0.025~0.1MPa)均与膜通量呈线性关系。当处理Fe2+质量浓度为400mg/L的酸洗废液时,在溶氧度>70%、压差0.1MPa、18~25℃、pH为6~9、HRT=2h条件下,出水浊度<2NTU,pH符合国家排放标准。

【Abstract】 Steel pickling waste has been treated by using a 5 L airlift membrane reactor which couples with a 19-channel porcelain membrane element. The results show that when the aeration volume is in the range of 0.5-2.5 m3/h, membrane flux can be maintained above 60 L/(m2·h). In addition, increasing the aeration amount is good for increasing the circulating liquid flux. Under stable operating conditions, the suspended solids concentration of ferric hydroxide in liquid, temperature(1-45 ℃) and operation pressure(0.025-0.1 MPa) show a linear relationship with membrane flux. Under the following conditions: Fe2+ mass concentration is 400 mg/L of pickling liquid waste, dissolved oxygen 70%, pressure difference 0.1 MPa, room temperature 18-25 ℃, pH 6-9, and the hydraulic retention time 2 h, the turbidity of effluent water is <2 NTU, pH accords with the national discharge standards.
