RP-HPLC法在竞争吸附有机污染物中的应用
Application of the RP-HPLC to the competitive absorption of organic contaminants
【摘要】 采用反相高效液相色谱-紫外检测测定有机污染物,研究了流动相组成、配比、pH、流速等因素对分离的影响,建立了同时测定苯胺、2,4-二硝基酚、间甲酚、邻硝基酚、对氯苯酚、2,4-二氯苯酚、氯苯等7种有机污染物的最佳色谱条件。并用于有机污染物在改性CTS微球上的竞争吸附测定。
【Abstract】 The determination of organic contaminant has been carried out by RP-HPLC with UV detection . The effects of the factors, such as component, concentration, pH and flow rate of the fluid phase on the separation are studied. The optimal chromatographic conditions for the separation and determination of seven organic contaminants are obtained. The experimental results are applied to the detection of competitive absorption of organic contaminants on the modified chitosan microspheres.
