浮法玻璃烟气脱硫及余热发电可行性研究
Feasibility Study on Float Glass FGD and Waste Heat Power Generation
【摘要】 在确保浮法玻璃主工艺安全性和稳定性的前提下,对某平板玻璃厂烟气脱硫项目进行了技术分析论证,实现烟气的脱硫技术。考虑到原厂现有两台余热锅炉尚有蒸汽余量,提出了利用饱和蒸汽发电以降低厂用电的建议。
【Abstract】 In the premise of ensuring security and stability of float glass main process,FGD project technical analysis of a flat glass plant is made and FGD technology of gas is achieved. In view of the original two waste heat boilers and there remains steam margin,it is recommended to use saturated steam for power generation and power consumption reduction.
